The second Ed and I met with Mallory and her sweet mom, we knew we hit the jackpot! We giggled the whole time we were chatting, and that’s always a good sign! Mallory is a stunning girl who runs her own fashion blog. This girl knows style, and we were so excited to capture it on camera! We didn’t meet Parker until the engagement session, but we loved him right away too. These two are so easy going, and so comfortable as a couple! After spending a couple hours with them, Ed and I didn’t want to leave. We’re so glad they will be one of our first 2018 weddings, just so that we can hang out with them again!
Parker knows how to treat his girl right, and how to plan the perfect NYC proposal! He took Mallory to her favorite city for a romantic getaway, including a broadway show, a surprise proposal, and a photo shoot! When we heard that Parker had hired a professional photographer to capture the whole thing, we loved him even more. For her engagement session with us, Mallory wore the same Louboutin shoes she had splurged on that day before officially becoming a fiancé. We love that she tied the two days together in such a fashionable way!
Mallory wanted something a little different for her engagement session. They are not a very outdoorsy couple, preferring dressing up, nice dinners, and seeing a play over a picnic in the park. She really wanted their session to be stylish and feature something architectural rather than nature. Lucky for us, she has a super sweet neighbor who lent us his personal property for the engagement session! He has a home that has been featured in a music video or two, and a vintage Rolls Royce parked on his cobblestone driveway. It was the perfect spot for these two, and they made the classic car look even better!
Mallory and Parker, we had so much fun with you two, and can’t WAIT for the wedding! We know it will be an event to remember. Thank you for trusting us and letting us do our thing! It’s not every couple that agrees to lay down in the middle of a golf course in formal wear 😉 We hope it was worth it! Enjoy this sneak peek of your engagement session!
