Anthony and I had been planning this for months. We even had super secret code words and hand gestures. Just like real spies. But when the day arrived, and then THE MOMENT, I think we were just as nervous as he was! Maybe more. See, Anthony knew he would be marrying Shavonn. He couldn't imagine a life without her. So he planned to ask her to be his wife. On camera! Our cameras.

These two lovebirds actually got married this past Saturday! It was a beautiful, perfect day, and we can't wait to share those images. But in the meantime, we're going to share the images from their midtown Memphis fall engagement session! We managed to fit in a little time for Kate and Sean's engagement photos only a couple weeks before the wedding, on a beautiful autumn day. I absolutely love the trees in the fall! Keep reading to see the beautiful yellows and reds we captured, along with this cute couple!

It's been quite a long time since we first met with Erica, so we were so excited to get to see her again, and meet Logan, for their engagement shoot! Erica is the sweetest thing, and we loved her right away! When she told me she would be wearing a long, RED dress for her engagement photos, I jumped up and down with delight. No, really. I did! Just wait until you see how their photos turned out!

They met in college, and it was almost love at first sight. Bobby knew they were being set up by mutual friends, and that the first few dates were a test, but Ellen had no clue. She was simply her charming, adorable self. But even having no prior knowledge, Ellen passed all the tests with flying colors. It didn't take long for Bobby to know that she was the one he wanted to spend forever with.

Kristin and Tyree have known each other for years. The only problem was that while he was here in Memphis, she lived in Minnesota. They would chat online and talk on the phone frequently, but when the time came that they knew they wanted to date, the distance became wider. So, for their first official date, they decided to meet halfway in St. Louis.

Kathleen and Joey knew instantly that they were meant for each other. Their first date soon led to a second, and the second soon led to forever. When Joey decided that it was time to make Kathleen his wife, he planned a romantic proposal at their neighborhood lake. He decorated the arbor at the pier with dozens of photos of the both of them and lit candles to set the mood. Completely unaware of what was about to happen, Kathleen was confused at first at the sight of the candles when Joey led her to the pier. Although Joey was hoping for a private moment, a few people had gathered nearby, curious about the candles. Unsure whether or not they should interrupt whatever was going on at the pier, Kathleen was hesitant, then shocked when she saw all the photos of her and Joey.
