A Gentleman's Manhattan
This recipe traditionally calls for rye whisky, but Ed prefers a more mellow drink, so he makes his with Gentleman Jack.
Servings: 1 drink
- 2 oz. Gentleman Jack Daniels whiskey
- 1 oz. Italian Vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Black Cherry
In a tall glass, stir the whiskey, vermouth, and bitters well with cracked ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a skewered black cherry.
Serve and enjoy!
Tip: Ed eyeballs the ingredients when making this cocktail. Taste and add more bitters if necessary, or if color isn't as deep as expected.
Don't skip the black cherry!
